Video Interview Consent

Before you record a video introduction or structured interview, you consent to the following:

• Your video will be stored privately and played only through short-lived, permission-checked links.
• An AI service will generate a text transcript. You can review and correct the transcript before it is displayed.
• Your video will only be shown to viewers your visibility settings permit.
• You may delete any video at any time.
• You may re-record a video before submitting it.

What we will never do

• We do not analyze facial features, emotions, accent, or personality.
• We do not generate a hiring recommendation or score from your video.
• We do not sell your video to any third party.
