If your profile is paused, a verification request is declined, or your account is suspended, you have the right to a fair, human review.

How to appeal

• Every decision message includes an appeal link.
• Appeals are reviewed by a senior member of our team who was not involved in the original decision.
• You will receive a written response within seven business days.

Decisions are never made based on appearance, accent, race, sex, age, disability, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
