Data Retention Policy

We retain data only as long as it serves a legitimate operational, legal, or contractual purpose.

Default retention windows

• Active accounts: retained while the account is active.
• Closed candidate accounts: deleted within 30 days of closure, except records legally required to retain.
• Video introductions and interview responses: retained up to 24 months, or until you delete them.
• Videos shared with a specific employer: retained by that employer's workspace up to 90 days from share.
• Audit logs: retained for two years for security and compliance purposes.
